Zoopla App Makes UK Property Searching Fun
If you live anywhere within a 100 km radios of England, then you must have heard of Zoopla – the biggest real estate website in the kingdom.
Zoopla holds an impressive amount of traffic (3.5 million users a week in their high season) and thus contain the most thorough database for properties that have been sold around the UK.
Just thinking of property seeking could make one’s head burst into flames of anger and frustration. Googling for real estate agents, trying to call each and every one of them, and then not hearing the end of it as they will probably nag you until you pay them (or die).
But Zoopla cleverely let its nifty iPhone App handle all those chores for you.
Using their free App, you too would get access to the enormous amount of 27 million UK properties. Search is based on keywords of either price or location, and you could use the App to either see sold houses value or look for houses that stand for rentsale.
If you found the house of your dreams, and it fits your budget, you are one tap away from calling the person selling it.
He didn’t answer? no problem, just save the property using the App’s comfortable features and email it to a friend.
The Zoopla App has been released around 2010 and has been updated constantly since then, to fit the iPhone’s on-growing need for enhanced user-experience.
The App is highly responsive and its user interface was seriously thought through, just what we are looking for in public Apps that we review.
Try the App out for free and rate your experience with the AppChamp rating system below the post.
