What Smartphone Should I Get?
Q: I’m a little behind, but it’s time to get a Smartphone. Been confused by the selection. What should I get?
A: It’s about friggin’ time, mister. Good choice in deciding to get a Smartphone. How did manage to get so far without playing Apps?!
Here’s our shortened highlights of each Smartphone device.
iPhone is about Apps, Apps and Apps. Powered by Apple’s Apple – the iOS – the touch based device is an infinite resource for tons of fun and productivity.
You cannot personalize or costumize the Apps, nor many of the iPhone’s built-in features. Also, the ‘fat fingers’ syndrome will threaten your sanity at times.
However, it’s the most supported and popular device of all, and carries the highest amount of Apps in the App store. 40% of Americans can’t be wrong!
The iOS’s biggest competitor is the Android Operating system. It’s also Google’s toddler.
The Android devices won’t be your next gaming platform, as they lack most of the gaming functionalities that make the iPhone so awesome. Needless to say, there are a lot less Android Apps in the Marketplace.
However, they are very personalizable and the device’s hardware can be customized to fit your needs.
Just like with Windows 8, it takes time to adjust but it’s very worth it.
The last App Champ’s fav is the Windows Phone.
Coming in the form of an HTC, the Windows Phone has the smallest user base and App selection, but has an exteremly high personalization level, as well as Microsoft Apps integration.
We won’t recommend the BlackBerry for now, and its App selection is ridicilous, and this site is a major App addict!
